Our Menus

Every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday two meals, one hot and one cold, are delivered to our clientís homes. The menu for each meal has been designed to not only be nutritious and well balanced; but also to taste good. Unfortunately we cannot accomodate personal taste preferences or special diets, such as, lactose intolerance, gluten free, or vegetarian meals. All clients receive the same low salt meals (except diabetics which get sugar free dessert).

Our repertoire of over three dozen unique menus means that we donít repeat the same menu more than once every other month. The following is a sample week's meals (hot, cold, beverage) served recently:
